I spend a fair bit of time browsing for stuff to help me make sense of all this stuff. I thought it might be helpful to collate that into one place.

One of my first internet loves was (is!) Hyperbole and a Half by Allie Brosh. It’s funny, visual and explains depression really well, I think. For me, I find Depression Part 2 the most relevant but it’s all a good, fun read – and how often can you say that about mental health?

Think you might be depressed? Take the NHS depression quiz. If it tells you to see a doctor then do. The quiz don’t lie! (Although I wouldn’t bother with 111 unless you’re imminently suicidal, In which case call ANYONE!)
